I add to Gartman trading rules.That is not my innovation but a rule which wizards shared.And I do hedging in 3 ways.
First protfolio 50 50 long and short though it gets leveraged more towards the trend.Stay in best horses for long and worst horses for short.When sugar can fall from 1.25 to a cent in a year then it makes all the more a case to hedge.
Get into deep in options spread as a second hedging stgy.
And third diversify and not to overtrade.It keeps me amused.
